Brooks is the oldest of 4, from a small town in Illinois. She started working for Family Video when she was 18, not realizing this was the start of an amazing career and adventure. After 16 years of moving around in multiple states, opening new stores and districts, meeting so many great people along the way, Brooks was looking for a new challenge. She started in the recruiting world where she was able to experience an array of industries, flourishing in connecting people for the next 5 years. Looking for a break from recruiting, Brooks found herself with North West Roofing as a File Manager in the Collection Department. She thrived quickly and within 4 months was offered more opportunities to grow, where she finds herself in her current position as HR/Operations Manager.

Brooks currently resides in Denver with her boyfriend and their pup. When she’s not working you can find Brooks enjoying the outdoors, cooking, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
